Composite wear-resistant plate is a plate product made by surfacing a certain thickness of wear-resistant layer with high hardness and excellent wear resistance on the surface of ordinary low carbon steel or low alloy steel with good toughness and plasticity. Hardfacing Bimetal Composite Plate is composed by A36 steel plate as matrix and Chromium Carbide particles and Austenite as hard face. It is our newly developed wear resistant material which wide used in coal mine, power plant, cement industry, metallurgy, glass industry and chemical industry etc..
Chemical of Hardfacing of our Bimetal Composite Plate is:
C: 3.5-4.0%; Cr: 30-40%; Balance is our special made Austenite.
From the microstructure analysis, we can see the Chromium Carbide particles evenly distributed in the material of Austenite. It will greatly improve the strength, wear resistance,erosion resistance and impact resistance of the products.
